Title: Threadgill's Bbq Sauce

Yield: 1 Quart

2 Cloves garlic
1 Orange; split
1 Yellow onion; split
1/2cBrown sugar
1 Bay leaf
1/2cHoney
16ozTomato sauce
14ozKetchup(1 regular size bottl
1/2cA.1. Steak Sauce
1/4cPrepared mustard
2tsTabasco Sauce
2ozWorcestershire sauce
2tbRed wine vinegar
4ozBock beer

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring to keep them from burning, then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer about 1 hour, then remove from heat and strain. Refrigerate unused portion.
